We get that a lot. And if you really mean that, it means our up-hill battle as a customer-centered startup is paying off. Sending us positive feedback, reviews, comments, testimonials, and pictures of you rocking your glasses also does more than you can imagine. That way, we can -- well, there's no other way to put this -- brag about ourselves even more.
In a normal world, it'd take us a few days to pack, ship, and deliver your order. But shipping carriers have been an absolute mess since the pandemic started. Right now, we can confidently say that our glasses will be shipped in roughly 1-2 weeks. If you haven't received your items within 30 days of ordering, send us a message immediately and we'll refund your order ASAP.
Yes! They are especially for you. Lensify™ glasses are non-prescription and have zero magnification. This means you can wear them on top of your contacts, or wear them if you don’t have glasses at all! If you only wear glasses during the day or for reading, Lensify™ is still a great night-time investment for you, your sleep, and your health.

Our 30 day guarantee ensures that if you are in anyway unsatisfied, you will be refunded the amount that you paid for your items, excluding shipping fees. Depending on your situation, we might ask you to ship the item back to us. In this case, you will have to handle the logistics/postage associated with ensuring that the item is returned to us in original condition, along with any add-in's that came with the package. Feel free to email hello@lensifyeyewear.com to jump-start the process for a hassle-free refund. *Only orders made after February 10th are eligible for the guarantee. Prior to this, we had varying guarantees, ranging from 7 to 30 days, and your order will still be eligible for its respective guarantee.
We do not guarantee cancellations after you have already submitted your order, since it might already be on the way. However, if you message us quickly after your placing you order at hello@lensifyeyewear.com, there's a chance we might be able to help out!
